If you are a registered user then this will contain a unique ID which relates to your user profile in our database. If you are signing in as a guest then it will contain the username that you have chosen. When you click on log out these cookies are deleted.

When you create a user profile on our website, the details which you provide will be stored in our database. These are used for the interactive elements of the website such as the chatroom. We currently do not send out any e-mails to registered users at all and we do not pass your details on to any 3rd party.
If you want your account deleted along with any associated personal data then you can e-mail this request to info@pdlive.net. You will need to send this request from the e-mail address registered on your profile.
We use best practices to secure our database and we encrypt your password before storing it. You are advised to use a password for this website which you do not use for any other purpose. In the unlikely event that this data is breached, you will be informed about the breach via the e-mail address which you have provided to us.
Any information which you type in to our chatroom or any file which you upload to it (such as a picture or video) will be visible and possibly downloadable by other users. You should never upload or post something which you do not want to make public. You should never disclose any personal details in the chatroom. We do not control the content which other users post to the chatroom. The chatroom software logs your ip address against your username in the database when you sign in and it uses this in the event that action needs to be taken on a specific user, such as banning them from chatting because they are being abusive. As with your user profile, you can e-mail info@pdlive.net to have your data permenetly deleted from the chatroom software database.
